This is your classic TR-626, with the addition of the HKA ROM Mod! It has had the battery compartment removed to make way for the switches. What was once a battery door is now covered with a "DO NOT BEND" Sticker.
This TR-626 boasts four banks of sounds, selectable with the two toggle switches:
- LinnDrum / LM-1
- DMX / TR-707
- TR-909 / TR-808
- Original TR-626
The modified TR-626 behaves exactly as normal, just with different sounds depending on which bank is selected. Instrument tuning, accent levels, trigger out etc. are all still functional.
