Passive Video Utilities
The Hive Mind Synthesis DVM (Dirty Video Mixer) is a glitched-out, cheap-n-dirty, ultra-fun way to mix video signals. Simply plug in two video sources (cameras, game systems, video synths, etc) and use the knob to adjust how much of each hits the output. The result is a glitched-out pastiche of both feeds, with a touch of bleed even when turned all of the way in one direction or the other. For slightly more control, check out the DVMDX!

Glitched-out video mixer
The DVMDX (Dirty Video Mixer Deluxe) is an expansion on the slightly-smaller, slightly-cheaper DVM. In addition to the standard video mixing functions, this adds a “position” switch to each input channel. These 3-position switches allow you to select whether that video channel is the left or right side of the mixer knob - or, in the center position - turn the signal off completely. Excellent for moving and evolving glitches, and for the ability to fully remove a video feed from the mix.

The Video Gate is a passive video passthrough module - Like a VCA (or LPG, I suppose) for your video signal. Running VERY hot voltage (The hotter the better, standard 3v triggers have little effect) to the central input opens the gate and lets the video through. The more voltage, the stronger the signal! Undercurrent creates glitches or no signal at all. Available in both black and purple faceplates!

The Passive Video Toolbox is a combination of multiple video tools in one package. You get two DVMDX Dirty Video Mixer Deluxe, two Video Gates, and a Dirty Video Mixer, all in one package. This whole thing is passive (no power required), and available as both a 3U eurorack module and a standalone tabletop device. In most cases, self-patching mixers within the unit isn’t suggested as it may glitch you into another dimension.

The concept of the Video Downer (VD) is pretty straightforward. Most video synths operate on 0-1 volts for everything, including their modulation. Standard eurorack functions on a 0-5 volt standard, which is too much for video rigs. Enter the Video Downer. Simply run your eurorack modulation into the input, and run the output to your video synthesizer. The video downer automatically adjusts the voltage as needed! This is the 3U version, which packs 4 fixed attenuators into one 3U package. If you need a little less of a downer in your life, check out the 1U version!

6hp Enveloped noise hit w/ soda-themed designs
SODApressed started with a simple problem.
The KBRT kept patching the same modules over and over again. They’d use a noise generator, an envelope generator, and a VCA to generate noise hits for percussive sounds…but wanted to use some of these modules for other things!
It’s from this that we’ve built the SODApressed, a 6hp module that gives you an analog, transistor-based noise hit with control over the attack and decay rate. You can get hi-hats, cymbals, noise washes, soda can noise, reverse whooshes, you name it!
Available as a built-to-order module, THT-only DIY Kit, or just a board/faceplate set you currently have a choice of SIX different designs.

26 HP Eurorack Synthesizer Experimentation Environment Module Kit
The PROTOMATO is our answer to all of your questions about our retired Pixie Dance Floor module. We’ve made a few changes!
This new, 26-hp prototyping platform includes even more of what you need to create your own circuits. You now have access to not only the +/-12v rails, but also the 5v and CV/Gate rails. Additionally, all of the power circuitry is prepopulated SMD, so you don’t have to worry about the power circuitry.
We kept the 6 jacks, but upgraded to 4 switches and 3 pots for even more control. Additionally, a second 400-point breadboard has been added to give you even more room to cook.
If this isn’t enough, we’ve released the Protomato Expansion series to give you more Pots, Switches, or Jacks as needed.

4HP Pseudo-Sidechain Compressor
This thing is a must-have in any rack - It mixes two signals and ducks one around the other, creating the feel of a sidechained compressor. Works wonderfully with a kick drum and…well, pretty much anything else you throw at it.
ATTACK and DECAY knobs control the shape and size of the duck, while the MIX knob controls how much of the TRIG AUD makes it through to the mix.
Available in a black or quacktastic blue faceplate, this ultra-clean, low-cost circuit is all based around a simple opamp and vactrol, with diode protection to keep everything moving the right way, all in a tight 4 HP.

Passive DIY Eurorack Routing Tools
Each of these modules performs a utility worth utilizing. They’re also excellent, low-cost kits that will be useful for beginners or pros alike. All modules are available in black/gold or yellow/white faceplates. Three Switches and Double Double have 2-sided faceplates allowing you to mount them in whichever orientation you’d like
Three Switches:
As you may have guessed, this module gives you three A/B switches in one 4HP footprint. By using on-off-on switches, this also functions as a mute.
Hotswap:
This module takes two signals and, with the flick of a switch, swaps them. Common uses are swapping Kick/Snare patterns, swapping CV pitch routes for Bass/Lead, and switching up open/closed hi-hats.
Double Double:
One switch to route two connections. Great for sending CV/Gate between two sources, and whatever else you can dream up.
MegaMult:
These link together via an internal cable, for infinite multing! Highlighted jacks “break” the mult and create a new submult. For example, Plugging something into all of the unmarked jacks will give you an 8-point multiple that, when connected to another MegaMult, doubles to 16 points. Plugging into any of the marked jacks will switch each module to two 5-point mults.

We’ve retired the original Bendmonger TR-505 for now, to make way for the new edition:

When we released the original, we kept hearing the same things about it. “It sounds cool as hell! But also it looks really complicated…and isn’t cheap!” - So we’ve fixed a few of these things with this latest edition. The sound and pattern glitch mods have been nixed, along with the modular trigger outputs. In their stead, we’ve added the HKA ROM mod, which expands the sounds to include original TR-505, LinnDrum, LM-1 and DMX samples. On top of that, we’ve included the same backlight retrofit and global pitch modifications included in the last edition, making this easier on the brain and wallet so that you can jump right in. You’ll still be able to get those lil clicks and long noise washes you crave!
