SODApressed started with a simple problem.
The KBRT kept patching the same modules over and over again. They’d use a noise generator, an envelope generator, and a VCA to generate noise hits for percussive sounds…but wanted to use some of these modules for other things!
It’s from this that we’ve built the SODApressed, a 6hp module that gives you an analog, transistor-based noise hit with control over the attack and decay rate. You can get hi-hats, cymbals, noise washes, soda can noise, reverse whooshes, you name it! Available as a built-to-order module, THT-only DIY Kit, or just a board/faceplate set you currently have a choice of SIX different designs.
Four gorgeous full-color plates themed after some popular sodas we won’t name here, and two more standard black panels for those with a less-flashy aesthetic.
